The studio is free and nothing is written until you have approved every note.

Import your list
Drop in the export from Zola or The Knot, or any spreadsheet with names and gifts. Or connect your own assistant and let it pull the list from wherever it lives.
We read names, partners, gifts, gift notes, RSVP and addresses from Zola and The Knot exports automatically, and show you the column mapping for anything else. Excel files: save as CSV first.

Written in your voice
Tell us your names, your sign-off and one memory of the day. Every note is drafted from your facts only: who they are, what they gave, that they were there. Nothing is invented.
The drafter may only use what you gave it: names, relationship, the gift and its note, whether they attended, and your one memory of the day. If a gift is missing it thanks them for being there; it never guesses.

Approve every note
Read each one on its card. Change a word, ask for it warmer or shorter, or write it yourself. Nothing is written until you have approved it.
Approve and next, one key at a time. Ask for shorter, warmer or more formal, or mention something the draft missed. Edit the words on the card itself. Approve all when you trust the rest.

We write and ship
A pen plotter writes each card with a real pen, one at a time, then we pack the bundle and send it to you. Or we address, stamp and mail every envelope.
A pen plotter holds a real gel pen and writes each card from your approved text, front and inside, then each envelope if you chose Addressed. We state 10 business days because the pen takes its time.

A2 folded, four fronts, three hands, three inks, two stocks.
Fronts
- Script — “thank you” in your hand on the front, nothing else.
- Sprig — One pen-drawn olive sprig curling from the corner, “thank you” above it.
- Monogram — Your initials over a thin rule, the date beneath.
- Typeset — A letterspaced serif THANK YOU, printed.
