Your guest list is for writing your cards. That is all we use it for.
Last updated 4 November 2026.
What we store
When you use the studio we store, under your note code:
- Your names, your sign-off, your wedding date and the voice notes you give us (tone, a memory, anything to avoid, a sample note).
- Your guest list as you imported or edited it: household names, relationship, gift and gift note, whether they attended, and postal addresses.
- The note drafted for each household and whether you approved it.
- Your card choices and, if you connected an assistant, a hashed credential for it (never the credential itself).
We do not store payment details. Payment happens in our Etsy shop and Etsy holds that.
What we never do with it
- No guest name or address goes into our logs, our analytics, a URL, or an email.
- We do not sell, share or use the list for anything but writing and addressing your cards.
- The drafting service receives the facts needed to write a note (names, relationship, gift, attendance, your voice notes). It never receives a postal address.
- Your note code is the only key to your project. We do not ask for an account or an email address.
How long we keep it
- A project you never order is deleted 60 days after it was started.
- Postal addresses are deleted 30 days after your cards are mailed or shipped.
- The approved note texts are kept with the order record so we can rewrite a damaged card.
Deletion on request
Write to [email protected] with your note code and we delete the project, its guest list and its notes at once.
Connected assistants
If you connect your own AI assistant to push your guest list in, it can add households and gifts to your project only, and it never receives an address back out. Disconnecting it in the studio revokes its access immediately.
Cookies and storage
The studio sets no tracking cookies. Your browser remembers your last note code so you can pick up where you left off; clear your browser storage to forget it.
Who we are
